Registration Fee

• Regular: € 1'150.–
• Technical Visit: € 150.–
• The presenting author of a paper will get a reduction of 25 % of the regular fee.

Fee includes the Conference Dinner, Proceedings, as well as coffee and lunch during the Conference. Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be charged. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in written form to Bitte Javascript aktivieren!.

• From April 15, 2024: 100 %
• From April 01, 2024:   75 %
• From March 16, 2024: 50 %
• By March 15, 2024 you will receive a full refund less € 75.– processing fee
